The quality of detachment......often it has a negative connotation, but Deacon Tim and I talk about detachment as a good thing, as in, "to be in the world, but not of the world." Fool for Christ. I never thought of going down in flames being in harmony with God's will. That is so important to remember. God's ways are not our ways and success looks different (totally?) in the Kingdom. I must chew on this for a while. But I'm catching up on the last 5 podcasts!
