St. Francis, a man who lived a simple life in the 1100's in a remote village in Italy, is still introducing people to Christ. In this podcast, you'll hear the story of his radical Christianity. His definition of true Christian joy is a little different from our modern version - this podcast will give you food for thought!

I love stories about people totally surrendered to Christ.
They are the best stories. I learn what is important from them.
I'm so thankful that you guys love Christ and that you share your stories with us.

For some reason the podcast cuts off right when CIndy is asking Deacon Tim about St. Francis. Is this my computer mishap or something wrong with the podcast?
Eager to listen!

Barb- could be a bandwidth issue (podcast is trying to load at the same time it's trying to play.
My suggestion: RIGHT click (yes, the "other" mouse button) the "download saint Francis" link, then select "save link as" onto your computer- then play the file from your computer so the internet connection is not an issue.
Make sense? Let me know if you need more help.
Snaf.

I love this site! Thank you so much. I'm a big fan of St. Francis. As you mention in this podcast, I believe he truly lived a Christ-like life. I was wondering if you could let me know the title of the St. Francis book you mentioned. I am looking for a good one to read. Thanks! Annie
